User account

How do I connect my user account to Untappd?

You can connect your Untappd data to your Pien Webshop account by choosing the Untappd login when signing up. When creating your Pien Webshop account on the login page choose the “Log in with Untappd” option. At the moment, it’s not possible to connect Untappd data with an account created with email or Google sign up.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Please enter your email or user account on this page. You will get a confirmation email about the password change. By clicking on the link within the email, you can reset your password.

Orders, shipping and reclamations

How do you make sure that the bottles will not break during shipping?

We use special boxes exclusively for shipping bottles and cans. By packing every order very carefully, we make sure that products are protected against possible damages during transportation. If you receive a damaged package, contact our customer service immediately at webshop@pien.fi and not later than seven days from the date of receiving the package.

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship to Estonia and Finland. We are working on adding more countries to our shipping list soon.

Can I pick up my Pien Webshop order from Pien Shop in Helsinki?

Webshop order pickup from Pien’s physical locations is not possible due to the lack of storage space among many other factors. However, you can pre-order products from Pien Shop’s takeaway catalogue via Whatsapp and pick them up later from the Shop. Read more about the Whatsapp orders on Pien Shop’s page.

Which payment methods are available to me?

At the moment, we accept most commonly used credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa). With Stripe as our payment processor, paying is secured and safe. Read more about our payment terms here.

How long does the delivery take? How can I track my order?

Depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method, orders usually take 3-7 business days to deliver. Orders made on weekdays before 11 am (EET) will be processed on the same day and shipped from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. You can see the current status of your order on the orders page. After your order has left our warehouse in Estonia, our delivery partner will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking code.

Can I order from Pien Webshop as a minor?

No, you can’t. Only adults who comply with the alcohol legislation of the EU country in question can place orders from the Pien Webshop. The person ordering and recipient of the products must be the same adult.

Can I return my received goods?

Beer, cider or other beverages purchased from the Pien webshop are non-refundable. In the case of delivered consumer goods (such as Pien merchandise sold in the online store), the customer has the right to exchange or return the products by law in the EU. I received a wrong product, a product was missing, or a product was damaged in transit. What should I do?

Oh no! Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 working days of receiving the order. Reach us at webshop@pien.fi. Please include the order number and information about the wrong/missing/damaged product.

The product I ordered has a flavour defect, or it doesn’t taste as it should. Can I get a refund?

Sorry to hear! Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 working days of receiving the order at the email address: webshop@pien.fi. Please include the order number and information about the faulty product.

I have a voucher for Pien Webshop. How can I redeem it?

Cheers! Browse the webshop, add your desired products to the cart and continue to checkout. Enter your voucher code to the “Have a coupon?” field and confirm the code by clicking “apply coupon”. Finish the order, sit back and relax, and wait for your order to arrive.


Are the bottles and cans covered by a deposit?

No. The cans and bottles we sell are usually not covered by a deposit, but we encourage you to recycle every bottle and can you order from us.

I’d love to make a request! I would like to see my favourite product in your shop. Who should I contact?
