Fall Favorites

Fall is one of the best seasons: the trees shine in fall colours, the damp surfaces reflect city lights in the darkening evenings, and drinking dark beers is no longer viewed as strange. So here are some of my favorites that go well with the cold weather.

My recommendations include rich and dark indulgent beers with sweet, spiced and clean flavors – some with the deep aromas of barreling. In addition to the malty ones, my fall favorites include barrel-aged wild yeast beers, lighter lagers and one coffee-flavored sour, which you shouldn’t judge without trying!
