The best 18 months old bourbon barrels of this year’s barrel “harvest” we joined in our purest blend. We combined barrels from Woodford Reserve and Jim Beam distilleries creating a very complex, intense but still smooth flavour, that stands as a manifest to our barrel aging capabilities.
